You can call me TheTigeressWithin of just Tigress for short. I was born in the year of the Tiger, which may explain why I love them so much. I probably waste as much time browsing pictures and stories on here and other websites as I do reading or goofing off. Then again, time you spend doing what you enjoy is never wasted. And I do enjoy myself on dA, so it's all good!

I like to write, and I like to draw, though I can write better than I can draw. When I'm not doing things, I'm thinking about things, and that's how I come up with some of my best ideas. I come up with better thoughts when I'm not doing anything besides thinking, so people often find me just staring off into space and not moving. (Don't worry - it's only awkward if they were saying something and I didn't hear what they said.) Whenever I find that I have free time but don't have anything else to do, I think, and I imagine. I like my imagination. It's much more interesting than reality.

Happy Chinese New Year

Hi everyone! Man, it's been a long time since I lasted wrote something here, hasn't it? Anyways, since it snowed yesterday, the streets were covered with snow and ice and school's canceled for yesterday and today. Which means I have time to go through my dA and catch up on what I've missed! And one more thing - today is Chinese New Year! (In the Western Hemisphere, at least.) I'm going to be celebrating with my family at a friend's house tonight, so that's going to be fun. Best wishes to everyone in the Year of the Sheep/Goat/Ram! 恭喜发财 (Gong Xi Fa Cai)!
